The chief minister of Telangana Shri K Chandrasekhar Rao has directed the officials to invite applications from medical students for the Telangana medical recruitment process. All MBBS pass outs can apply for 50,000 posts on the odls Telangana portal for medical recruitment. This portal is dedicated to all the Mbbs students so that they can apply for the recruitment for the treatment of Covid patients. The decision has been taken by CM Chandrashekar Rao regarding the COVID-19 scenario on 9th May 2021.

How to apply for Telangana Medical Recruitment 2021?
Visit the official portal of the Department of Health Medical and Family Welfare -> odls.telangana.gov.in/medicalrecruitment/register.aspx or click the direct link.
Enter all the details asked such as personal, academic, and other details along with your mobile number.
Provide your experience.
Choose the status between serving or retired.
Now choose the ‘field of work’.
Click on the ‘Register’ button.
Your application is now submitted successfully.
Take a printout and save your application for future reference.

In the form you will have to enter all your information like your name, father/husband name, your gender, mobile number 1 (with WhatsApp) and mobile number 2 (optional), email ID, date of birth.

Telangana Medical Professionals – Registration Services
For the Telangana medical recruitment process, and officials have stated that a student will be hired for a period of 2 to 3 months so that the burden on the medical and health staff of Telangana can be mitigated due to the COVID-19 crisis in the state. The Telangana government has instructed all the health of features and medical staff to recruit doctors, lab technicians, pharmacists, nurses other paramedical staff for a period of 2 to 3 months so that they can help with the Covid treatment.
The frontline warriors have been working immensely hard in order to provide services to the COVID-19 patients, hence the government has launched a recruitment drive for the MBBS students so that they can help with the Covid treatment in the state. According to the government officials the temporary employees involved to be paid respectable salaries and with that, they would also be awarded weightage marks in government jobs in the future.

“Applications are invited from Medical Professionals, i.e., Doctors, Nurses and Lab Technicians (including Retired Medical Professionals) for deployment on contract basis by the Department of Health & Family Welfare, Government of Telangana.”
